LICENSE

1. Use. XGenerator is provided as a hosted web application at https://holodeck-audiotools.com/xgenerator/. You may use it there for personal and professional music production. You own the music you create with it.

2. Restrictions. Without prior written permission from Holodeck Audio Tools you may not copy, mirror, re-host or redistribute the application, its files or any part of them; modify it or create derivative works; decompile, deobfuscate or reverse engineer it; or extract, reuse or republish its source code, sound engines, algorithms, presets, demo songs, text or design, in whole or in part. Removing or altering copyright notices, license checks or watermarks is prohibited.

3. Third-party content. Third-party content, including audio samples, remains subject to the rights of its owners.

4. No warranty. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Holodeck Audio Tools is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

5. Violations. Unauthorized copies may be reported to their host and removed. Rights under applicable copyright law remain reserved.
